Shipping policy
1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, product type, and order volume.
2. Our standard order handling time is 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the end-of-year holiday season. For orders placed between December 23 and January 1, the handling time is extended to 7 business days due to reduced warehouse capacity and limited delivery vehicles during the holiday season. Please note that the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout excludes handling time and may vary based on actual delivery conditions.
3. We work with multiple shipping carriers and all services are defaulted to authority to leave (ATL) to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. Please ensure shipping details are complete, correct and final including a company/building name where applicable when you place your order. Change of shipping details may not be supported once we receive your order.
4. Tracking information is provided where applicable. Redeliveries and calling service are usually not available, please use the tracking details provided to estimate the arrival of your order. Redirection may not be supported and it will need to be initiated by the recipient with the shipping carrier directly.
5. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, please send us a message and we will request the carrier company to investigate and find out what has happened. Investigations usually take 7 business days. Any advice, solutions or recommendations shall be provided after a result becomes available.
6. Pickup is unavailable as our warehouse permits access only to commercial vehicles. Please wait for your order to arrive and check that the order is complete without issues before booking a technician for installation.
