Return and refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund or a store credit for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Apart from clearance items, where change-of-mind returns are not offered, the 14-day return policy applies to all other types of purchases. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unfitted, with tags, accessories, fitting kit, user manual and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. Please obtain return authorisation and instructions from us before sending the item back. Items sent back to us without an authorisation and following the return instructions will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, depending on the reason for return we may send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For change of mind/purchased by mistakes return, it will be your responsibility to send the item back at your costs and have the item returned safely without damages. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon unboxing and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do this before installation and keep all original packaging. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns without the original packaging or products in a non-resellable condition. When your order arrive please check that the order is complete without issues before disposing the orginal packaging. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item while waiting for a result on the return.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price plus $10 will apply, which will be deducted from the refund. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us


Warranty
Unless stated otherwise most of our items come with a standard 3 year warranty, excludes wear and tear, misuse, accessories and bonus items. Please send us a message and provide details of your claim. Onsite repairs, shipping/transport fees are not covered by warranty. You may be required to send the item back at your own costs/risks for inspections. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised.
